An Bautil

Dr. An Bautil is a postdoctoral researcher at the Laboratory of Food Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Leuven, Belgium. She obtained her doctoral degree in 2020 at this laboratory under supervision of Prof. Christophe Courtin. Her PhD and current research focuses on understanding dietary fibre and the enzymes that degrade them in monogastric nutrition, in particular in poultry feed. She is author and co-author of 10 peer-reviewed papers and 2 book chapters. She already presented her work at different national and international congresses and was an invited speaker at the International Fibre Summit.
